Education is a matter of global importance and a subject that is very close to my heart. Considering myself a lifelong learner and perpetual student. I consider that education is a fundamental human right that every human wants, as well as being a means to gaining wisdom, upward social mobility, and ultimately prosperity. Educational institutes, schools and universities scattered across the globe offer students something that is built into the very nature of man, which is a thirst for knowledge and understanding. Through education come progression and innovation, which are the pillar stones of any modern society, leading to the development of richer economies with citizens that positively contribute to the society in which they live. Education is a necessity in the modern world and something we constantly strive for as professionals, want for our children and is a fundamental requirement to become a digital worker. Most of us would not be in the positions we are in had it not been for a good education in our formative years. As a Palestinian refugee who was forced out of his homeland, I was fortunate to secure the only full university scholarship that was provided by UNRWA to the best performing student. This allowed me to go on to complete my studies at the American University in Beirut, Lebanon, and experience the blessing of suffering. This altered the trajectory of my life, and I can bear witness that education is a very powerful tool that can transform nations, lift people out of poverty, and propel them into economic prosperity. We can see many thriving knowledge-based industries and economies in the world today. that have come about as a result of their investment and belief in education and technology. It is also true that greater peace and understanding come about between educated people as they learn to have tolerance for one another, helping to break prejudices and build bonds between men and cultures. With the pace of change in education and making it available, considering global challenges we have recently faced, it is my life’s ambition to see that TAG.Global is in good shape to meet the growing demand by transforming all its educational offerings into flexible online formats. This shall have the same degree of quality associated with traditional learning, and will also provide those looking to transform their courses with prescriptions that can be followed to achieve the same. I have called this project TAGEPEDIA of EDUCATION which is a colossal endeavor covering every training and education entity in TAG.Global
